Psychosexual Therapy

Candice is a qualified psychosexual therapist and has been practicing in sexuality and disability for several years. Her specialist area is that of neurological injury, having been a rehabilitation social worker for more than 17 years, she brings a unique understanding of your disability to sexuality and intimacy. She offers evidence-based interventions and modern sexology approaches to sexual rehabilitation and sexual wellbeing.
Psychosexual therapy is a holistic approach to sexual wellbeing including personalised support to help you develop your confidence in exploring your sexual needs and abilities. All relationship styles are welcome, and people may attend individually or with their partner/s.
In addition to postgraduate specialist qualifications in psychosexual therapy, Candice is also a member of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS) and practices in accordance with the code of ethics and practice standards.
The cost of psychosexual therapy may be funded through the NDIS. Fees may also be covered by iCare, and other compensable insurance schemes, or you can self-fund.
